Terms of Service Agreement 

I declare that all postings or responses that I make on the Black List Network are true and correct and made to the best of my knowledge and belief in accordance with the laws of the country and / or state in which I reside. I agree to not use , hate speech, profanity, vulgarity or morally reprehensible language on the Black List Network. I agree to indemnify the Black List Network for all damages and expenses it may incur in the event that I violate the terms of service agreement.
